CANCELLATON POLICY - CASH
It is possible to cancel your ticket at the ticket office 30 minutes prior to the departure indicated on the ticket upon presentation of a valid official identification of the tickets' owner.
CANCELLATION POLICY - CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD
It is not possible to cancel a ticket that was purchased by credit or debit card. This ticket can only be transferred.
It is possible to transfer your ticket 30 minutes prior to the departure indicated on the ticket.
To purchase reserved tickets, you must arrive at the ticket office 1 hour before the scheduled departure and provide the reservation number (low season only).
TICKETS PURCHASED BY INTERNET OR BY TELEPHONE WITH DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD
You must arrive at the ticket office 30 minutes prior to the departure. If you are the owner of the credit card used to purchase the tickets, you must present an official identification as well as the credit card which was used to make the purchase.
If you are not the owner of the credit card used to purchase the tickets, you must present a Power of Attorney form signed by the card's owner as well as a copy (both sides) of the identification of the credit card owner and a copy (both sides) of the credit card and finally the travelers' official identification.
